  • ORDER PROCESS

Customer place order on site BRATOLY.CH By adding items to its shopping cart following stock availability.

The customer is held responsible for his actions during the ordering process, in the event of an address error, last name, first name, telephone number.

Once the order has been shipped any errors will not be changed is no other order will be shipped.

 

  • ANNULATION OF THE ORDER

In case of high crowd we reserve the right to cancel your order.

 

  • DEADLINE OF PREPAIR OF THE ORDER

The order preparation time is usually a few hours.

 

  • SHIPPING DEADLINE

The delivery time remains purely indicative available in  English / Français / Deutsch / Italiano, In the event of high influx, the possibilities of delays are to be expected.

BRATOLY Is not responsible for any delay in delivery.

 

  • PAYMENT

The customer has two payment methods:

  • Payment by bank card online
  • Bank transfer

 

  • RETOUR

Once your order has been received you have 48 hours to return the items without proof provided that the products are not open, ( The return fee remains the responsibility of the customer.)

In case of breakage Bratolo reserves the right not to refund the customer if the return packaging is neglected.

(In case of an order error on the part of BRATOLY, the cost of sending the new order remains the responsibility of BRATOLY

 

  • LOSS OF THE COLOR/VOL/

In case of loss of the package or theft a thorough investigation will be opened with the Post (This procedure can last up to a month.) If this survey is positive a refund will be made to the customer.

  • CLAIM IN THE CORSED GOODS

In case of broken goods please send us the following information with your order number to the contact@bratoly.ch address:

  • A photo of the packaging with the products present inside
  • A photo of the packaging with the shipping label
  • A photo of the bar code of each article

Once we have received the information, an in-depth investigation will be opened with the Post.

(This procedure can last up to a month.) If this survey is positive a refund will be made to the customer.

 

  • REFUNDING
The refund will be made within 24 hours/72 hours on the payment mode you have chosen during your order.
